Delivery + Return Information

Once an order has been place and paid for we will try our hardest to despatch the order within 24 hours. It will be sent by a next working day courier and will require a signature.

If an item has been ordered incorrectly by yourself, you will be responsible for costs of sending the item back for us to issue a refund (excluding the postage costs). We would suggest using a "signed for" courier as the item is your responsibility until we have recieved it back.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size in clothing or footwear, please contact us and tell us you're going to be sending it back, and you will be charged the cost for sending the different size you would like back to you.

Most products sold come with at least a year warranty with them, so if you think there is a geniune fault with a product (not just wear and tear) please contact us and send the item back so we can inspect the item and see what we can do to repair/ replace the item.
